2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Experience in Legal Organizations: Its been more than 2 years of me playing grand rp and in this journey ive been in all legal orgs and gained a lot of experience
as a high command in all organizations. And now i thing im capable of being a General of National Guard. Ive started grand rp from en2 and joinned National Guard their and gaind standard level of role play. Then i camed to en3 and Gained the experience how legal orgs really works and this made me apply for Leadership of National Guard.
2. Familiarity with City and Rules: As its been more than 2 years of me playing grand rp im very familiar with the city and its rules in this journey ive acknowledged the rules. My familiarity with the city ensures that I can navigate the complexities of army enforcement operations seamlessly, contributing to the success of the NG while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
3. Events and roleplay: If i became the General. ill make sure that my all Soldiers are fully active and giving their best to the org.
ill make sure that every Soldier doing a good level of roleplay and increasing the roleplay level in grand rp ill do this by hireing well known peoples who are able to do a good level of roleplay and a good test system for applicants so we can have good Soldiers.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Having good communication between all legal org in a regular baises and meetings with the state leaders about the city and all.
2. Having good communications between our Soldiers and having meeting with them in the meeting room on a daily or weekly baises.
3. we can inprove the roleplay level by intracting with the citizens makeing them feel safe and chill, providing them a crime free city.
4. Hireing High Commands that are really capable of doing a good rp in all the department.
5. We can motivate the Soldiers to do their best and perform their role nicely.
6. Always on time. We need to respond as fast as we can in every situations.
