Where then he later joined college to be an attorney so he can bail out everyone
At 18 Elijah went on to college for 4 years and got his degree in law enforcement. When Elijah Was 22 he applied to be a Law student and he got approved. Elijah Later found out that his mom and dad were transferred to the US to be Charge with Death Row for 30 murders.
When Elijah found out that his mom and dad were in Los Santos and was gonna be in the prison he worked at Elijah helped them escape and be free he did this with so many criminals Elijah was so great at what he did he was never caught for it and he still to this day breaks people out of jail.
