2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (Explain each of the three reasons.)
-Because I have a lot of gang experience in gangs, I want to be a leader of Bloods street gang. I will also give a lot of gang experience in New City and help the server grow. I always give my gang my all in an attempt to make them the most active in any given situation. My group is constantly involved in ghetto activities, and I will explain what role-playing games are to newcomers and share my own experience.
-if i get the term ill make great history on bloods and en3 crime history im planning to do 100 percent on turfs i got great team has done 100 percent before ill do 100 easily
-I have been HC in bloods three times and marabunta once, While being HC I have learned the ins and outs of the criminal life. I have experience as an HC in ballas as well. Bloods has been the backbone of ghetto so I thought now would be the best time to take over the best gang in the city.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
- I will make sure that my gang is more active than any other gang in the city while I am in charge.
- will be employing competent HCs and deputies who possess sufficient event knowledge to manage any situation and maintain gang activity.
- To ensure that there is good roleplaying, I will ensure that all new members of the gang have a basic understanding of the ghetto and event rules.
- I will make sure that everyone is treated fairly under my direction, that no one is given a rank they don't deserve, and that no one is placed in a lower position when they should be in a higher one.
