Hello again. I think there has been a misunderstanding, so I am writing again. Even though I opened the account with ID 328482 later, I was using it as my main account. When I first opened the account with ID 328481, I wrote the wrong name, so I decided to open a new account. That account became 328482, and I always continued from there. If you notice, the time spent in the city by the account with ID 328482 is significantly more than that of 328481. This is because I abandoned the account with ID 328481 due to the name change, and when my main account received a 1-week SecurityBan, I was playing there for a week. However, when it was discovered that I had two accounts linked to my Rockstar account, both were banned. Yes, I was banned for not following the rules, but I believe the account with ID 328481 ID account was probably the first account I created, so it received a 60-day ban, while my main account with ID 328482 received a 10k-day ban. I don't want you to lift the ban; I request that you change the incorrectly assigned ban dates. That is, change the 60-day ban on the account with ID 328481 to 10k days, and reduce the 10k-day ban on my main account with ID 328482 to 60 days. Because according to GR 1.4, the main account can be banned for up to 60 days, while the secondary account is permanently banned. However, here my main account has been permanently banned, while the secondary account has been banned for 60 days. Also, I did not see anything in GR 1.4 stating that the first account opened is considered the main account. That is why I am writing again: 328482 is my main account, and I request that the penalty days for 328481 be changed.
Best Regards.
