2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?


2.1.


I have extensive experience in SAHP, GOV, and NG, holding high-command roles such as Cheif Of ALL, Advisor Of General in NG, COS in SAHP & COS in LSPD . After serving the state for a long time and rising through dedication and hard work, I believe I have the discipline, leadership, and strategic skills needed to lead NG . I aim to improve roleplay quality with new ideas and better organization.

I have worked in state organizations for nearly a year and gained valuable experience. Although I have been part of NG before, I have never had the chance to lead. I feel this is the right moment to step up. I understand NG’s objectives and operations, and I hope to maintain good relationships within the city. My vision is to strengthen NG’s structure, improve base security, and provide consistent training for our soldiers while leading with fairness and integrity.

My goal is to build a responsible and united team that works together and fulfills its duties effectively. I will motivate my members and ensure we achieve strong results. As SANG, we will cooperate with all state organizations to combat criminal activities in Los Santos.

3. Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization


Promote RP Culture from Leadership
RP must start from the top. High command should set the example by using proper military terminology, clear commands, and realistic interaction standards. Roleplay should always come before any action.


Structured Training & Regular Drills
New soldiers should receive proper support and guidance instead of learning on their own. I will build a strong, professional HR team to train recruits thoroughly for real RP situations. Regular training sessions formations, gate RP, arrest procedures, hostage rescue, etc.will ensure consistent RP quality across the organization.


Rank-Based Responsibilities
Recruits will focus on basic tasks like gate duty and simple operations (e.g., candy runs). Officers will lead teams and guide them, while High Command will manage divisions, plan special operations, and enforce RP standards. I will ensure all operations and candy run requests are completed on time. Each department will have clearly explained responsibilities, and I will motivate members through a strong bonus system. My goal is for every soldier to use proper RP commands and for newcomers to be trained in correct RP from day one.


My ultimate aim is to make NG one of the most active and enjoyable organizations in the city, proving that working here is fun and engaging not boring.

4. Departments


Air Force – Handles aerial scouting of the base and city, collecting intel on criminal movements.
Black Ops – Specializes in responding to FZ raids, hostage situations, store robberies, and high-risk missions.
Human Resources – Responsible for hiring, training, and managing both shifts with professionalism.
Military Police – Patrols the base grounds, handles gate security, prevents criminal activity, and performs internal checks (backgrounds, licenses, logs, transport, etc.).
Public Relations (PR) – Organizes weekly public events to engage the community and raise SANG’s presence. After meeting goals, internal events will be held to reward members and strengthen morale and RP bonds.
