I don't want to say anything wrong but I don't see RDM here. He accidentally hits you while trying to hit the car and apologizes about it. If you look at the other person in the back of the car, even though he is behind the car, his character focuses on you and enters the animation of hitting you. If he did RDM, he would hit you, not the car. Like you killed him before the event.

The player you reported punched you and apologized. This is not RDM. Next time please call an admin in game to resolve matters like this instead of resulting to violating the rules yourself.​
