Rejected Ban for GR 1.9 | Kevin Balenciaga

Hello dear higher-ups,

Today i got ban for GR 1.9 ive havnt tax evade in previous weeks but ive gived cars to my old family members & friend he was Co-owner of my family we started the family together and that time i dont have much good cars so he just gived me some cars and bikes at 1k each and after a month many peoples left the fam and stoped playing so i dicided to sell the family and just make a cheap one of lvl 1 because lvl 4 family cost too much after somedays my friend came and asked for the vehicles he gives for the family so ive just returned him all his cars back at same price of 1k each. My friend confirmed to admin the it is allowed to transfer only to family members if its not allowed please forgive me i dosnt know about that give me one change.
