I was chasing these guys a long time since the car got stolen, i was driving towards sandy since i tracked the car there,
I saw the guy driving towards the city so i turned back and engine blocked him.
I've been chasing them for close to 15minutes, i have bodycam but its waste to post it all.
I engine blocked them and pointed a tazer, they didnt step out but the blue car started to ram me.​
