2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(i) My goal is to bring a new era of strength and stability to Marabunta. Looking at the past, the gang hasn’t had many leaders who could truly take it to the level it deserves, and I want to change that. I plan to build a team of experienced, rule-aware, and active members who are ready to support this vision. I already have several skilled people who can help me keep the gang consistently active, whether it’s running gun stores, 24/7 robberies, or other operations — all with proper hostages and solid RP to make every situation meaningful.
(ii) I plan to participate in turfing this season as well, and my goal is to secure a full 100%. To make that happen, I’ll be organizing a dedicated turf team led by a deputy who knows exactly what he’s doing and can keep the season running smoothly, along with shooters I trust to perform when it matters most. On top of that, I aim to maintain profits at 11,500 every hour. For this, my other deputy and I will ensure we have an efficient, knowledgeable spray team that can consistently protect our turf and keep those earnings under our control.
(iii) Lastly, I want to lead this gang so I can bring back the true energy of the ghetto. Beyond the RP with LEOs and the events I plan to host, my intention is to make the streets active again by pushing my boys and me to challenge other gangs through robberies and full-scale gang conflicts — all without toxicity. I believe this level of activity will revive the passion that has been missing lately, and I’m confident I can restore that spark in the ghetto.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I plan to hit the maximum FZ raids every week and secure the highest graffiti bonuses to attract more people who are interested in joining. My goal is to dominate the entire ghetto so that members stay active, earn money through robberies, and have constant access to weapons and ammunition.
