Approved Mass Rule Break LSPD | 39978 , 109397

A mass rule break incident occurred during an ongoing black-market raid. There were some players and a gang on the roof. When I arrived, I saw that ID 39978 finished and mercy-killed a gang member. Later, ID 109397 came and once again picked up a gang member but did not take him downstairs; instead, they moved him to another location. I believe they took him to a side area where one of their family members or friends might have been available to circle, and the person killed him from outside from circle. ID 109397 has no corrupt bio and was simply cruising there. When I pach him again, an LSPD member cuffed him and then let him go, allowing him to escape. This shows LSPD is repeatedly breaking mass rules.

This is what happened: the FBI came later and went upstairs to make an arrest. At that time, I went upstairs to remove someone from the LSPD, and there were two people on the ground. I wanted to handcuff them before their timers ran out. I went and pressed the "remove" button from the menu, and due to a wrong click, I fired. But I didn't hit the guy on the ground; he wasn't even a gang member. It's not a problem; the guy's timer ran out, and he let go of someone he had handcuffed and escaped, and he was killed right in front of him. So, I'm wrong, you're wrong, but I don't want to be punished for a mistake.

I'm new to LSPD and there's a bug where nobody's outfit is showing or it looks weird. If I made a mistake this time, please forgive me, but my outfit was that of a new player. I noticed it in your POV and it looks wrong, but I worked really hard to get into LSPD and I don't want to get kicked out for a single mistake.

ID 39978 will receive a punishment for MK
ID 144485 will receive a punishment for Fail-RP (jumping from the roof without fearing for the life to avoid RP sit)
However,
ID 132506 will receive a punishment for Mixing
when person is uncon then when placing in cuffs or removing may be not seen by all the officer and multiple officer try to cuff him for their safety in this all sometimes the person gets uncuffed, it was unintentional. Also no significant evidence for corruption without bio
