1. The Scenario:
   State Intelligence reports that major Gang Leaders are convening at Vagos HQ to form a super-alliance against law enforcement. Instead of a direct raid, a specialized team of Undercover Officers (SAHP/FIB/LSPD) will disguise themselves as a "New Mercenary Group" attempting to join the alliance. Their goal is to infiltrate the meeting and neutralize the leaders from the inside.
   
   1. The Script (How it starts):
   2. The Undercover Unit arrives at Vagos HQ in civilian cars and street clothes.
   3. Gang Security stops them at the entrance for a mandatory body search before the meeting.
   4. The Trigger: During the RP search, a gang member finds a Police Badge or Radio on one of the officers.
   5. The Gang member shouts "COPS! IT'S A TRAP!", blowing their cover.

1. Objectives:

• Crime (Gangs): Eliminate the spies immediately and defend the HQ from the police raid.
• State (LEOs): Survive the ambush, breach the HQ, and neutralize all armed gang members
  
  Prize: $400,000 (Split for the winning side)
