So starting from the beginning I get a bounty, I pull up and kill him, as im leaving who I assume to be his friend starts shooting me with an LMG, so ok I kill him aswell since I already have a gun in hand after my bounty. Then while im still there the one of the girls start to patch which is just unrealistic really since she should show fear rp after I just killed 2 people in front of her. But anyway I was not going to make anything of it and I start to leave then once again the same guy puts on body armor and pulls a gun to try to kill me again. Once again I kill him.
I don't have full POV since it was not in any sort of event or anything like that so I only clipped the second half. I feel like it is unfair for him to ban me without him actually seeing the full situation, cause if he had I would not be at fault. He should of told them to post POV on forums so that he can understand fully what happened.
You could make the argument I killed him before he started actually shooting me the second time around but when he has already tried to kill me once and then starts pulling a gun out and putting on body armor it is pretty clear he is going to try killing me again. Oh and one more thing to note is she is ooc instulting my mother.
