Hello, I hope you are doing better than me today hehe. I was given my third warning for UB demands on 12/10/25 for a situation involving my family members and ID 473075. I am now understandably banned for 7 days, and would like an appeal, as I thought I was within RP rules the entire time.
Here's how it went: At the beginning of the vid, you can see me typing in the left eye to Gregory Handle, who needed a pickup somewhere. You can see them set an MP and off I go. When I arrived to them, I stated plenty of times, "We're in the ghetto, let's go." At first, I thought I was spotted lol, but it was just my homie Pablo flying by, I went back and got together with them, that's when I noticed 473075 (at first glance I read Pablo for some odd reason but then fear set in). I tell Pablo we gotta run away, and after a silly time we met with 2 other fam members on the curve of Innocence Blvd. The damn idea, my own, I'll admit, to go ahead and initiate an RP situation. I've been robbed before, in grey zones where there is no red or green. I am very, very sorry, but I thought this was allowed, seeing as I had numbers on this 1 guy, he had to follow the demands, right? Anyways, the situation was supposed to be short. I made him step out, put his hands up, put my gun away, and attempted to rob him; he jumped at the last second, and it failed on me, okay, cool. I get a different fam member to steal his shoes. It was meant to be harmless; we were gonna let them go on their way. But even after I told the stranger to go away, he wouldn't listen. Once again, I decided to whip my gun out and tell them to leave. My family followed in tow. Man, I started a countdown for him to leave and shot once. My game then freezes, RIP; I have a Code A (you will see that freeze in the vid as well), and later on, I find out it was an admin that was telling us to "stop shooting" at the end, I couldn't do anything, had to fly out and back in to catch up.
These rules are vast and amazing; easy to follow, but I am slower, hehe. I want to follow them all, and I've been reading, I swear. I went into this situation knowing I had numbers to make demands in criminal activity, I didn't know about how I had to be in a gang in the first place, or not do it on a public road (per admin's words. I don't know her, unfortunately but you can hear her speak at the end of my bodycam.). I promise to keep rereading and abide by all rules. I am banned temporarily for 7 days from Eng 1, and would like it to be reduced or forgiven if at all possible, please; I had fun with it, and know it isn't allowed thereafter. I learn my lessons.
My first 2 warnings were from a situation defending a money printing machine (RDM) as well as a situation involving bloods in RZ (I reported myself, haha; Fear RP)
Please forgive me for the potential wrong format, or provide feedback at least, so that I can repost. My apologies for the extra-long video; it's to provide as much context as possible.
