So basically, I was coming back from subs after giving adrenaline along with one more EMS employee, Alpha Robert. I was in uniform (that “cockroach uniform” bug happened after the new GTA 5 update, so all uniforms were bugged, and I had to wear that one).
When I reached the PH Front, I saw a random guy pointing a gun while wearing a balaclava. From this, I understood he was a LEO, because only LEOs can point guns inside GZ. He was off-duty and wearing his organisation’s balaclava, which he got from his org.
He started saying “don’t be smart” and kept pointing the gun at my unit while we were doing our duty. He said he would arrest an on-duty EMS employee even though he was off-duty, and he said he would call his units to arrest us for no reason — clearly power-abusing.
He was also harassing EMS employees while we were doing our duty, constantly abusing, threatening, and pointing a gun at us in GZ.
When I showed him my ID, he pointed the gun at me as well. I asked him for his ID, but he refused and started abusing me, calling me “fuck”, “fuck you”, “cockroach”, etc., and then he ran away.

Later, in Bodycam No. 2, he came back to PH Front again. This time, when I asked for his ID, he finally showed it, even though he was still off-duty. During our conversation, he said someone told him that LSPD and FIB can power abuse, which you can clearly hear in the bodycam. I explained to him that he cannot do these things. He even asked me which organisation allows him to power abuse, which clearly shows his intentions.
After getting his ID, me and my partner Alpha Robert went to the FIB HQ to cross-check if he was really from LSPD or not. We also tried contacting the highest LSPD command for a quick meeting, but at first they were unavailable.
After some time, me and Alpha found one LSPD high command, and I was talking to her when the same guy showed up again. He asked other doctors where I was, and then he started killing EMS employees and even his LSPD high command.
In Bodycam No. 3, you can see all of us were inside GZ, and he came at PH Front as on duty and started killing us inside a green zone without any reason, purely out of ego. He killed one LSPD high command and injured three EMS employees very badly, which falls under GR6.5, and he also injured some civilians.
Also using Org weapons and stuff for personal use GR 6.3 (He was wearing Balaclava while off duty for personal use)
He has already received punishment for GR6.5, but I am reporting here for the following additional rule breaks:
