As You Can see in the Given POV I asked for his Id Multiple Time i gaving him valid reason also but he is refusing for his id and in last he just gone inside of Gov Capitol i searched the corrupt bio section and he does not have any kind of Bio thanks you please Kindly look in it.

so by valid reason you mean just nagging and annoying him to show id ? seems like fail rp from ur part.
Also it is clearly stated in the Law that there should be grounds for showing an ID
If asking for ID for no reason is GR 6.4 Then i can easily get every state employee overwhelmed then punished.
