Dear Chief Administrator / Deputy Chief,

I am filing this complaint regarding the rejection of my report against the Ballas Gang for a Mass Rule Break. Administrator Scorac Pacho rejected the report with the reason: "Provide Full POV of the Situation, dont Cut any part."

I respectfully disagree with this decision and believe the Administrator did not properly review the provided evidence.

My POV is 5 minutes long and completely unedited. It clearly captures the entire RP situation from start to finish without any cuts or jumps:

1. Start: The video begins with the negotiation already established.
2. Middle: It shows the discussions, the demands ($300k), and the agreement to comply.
3. End: It shows the exact moment the gang decided to break the rules (Fail RP/Fear RP) and flee the scene abruptly.

Asking for a "Full POV" when 5 minutes of continuous, uncut footage covering the entire interaction is already provided seems unreasonable. It is impossible to provide more context than what is already there—the rule break is evident and the context is clear.

I request a Senior Administrator to re-evaluate the evidence provided in the original report. The violation is obvious, and the footage is sufficient to penalize the organization.
