Rejected Appeal for 2 RDM warnings and served jail time

I was protecting my submodule location. and twice now I was sent to jail for killing someone who was too close to my submodules. I had been told previously by other players I do not need to give demands when protecting those and money printer, though i am now unsure if that is true. I apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding.
