I was in the middle of an arrest situation at Subs. While I was detaining the suspect (89087), his friend (0000) approached and shot him dead, then immediately finished him off to send him to the hospital.

This was done intentionally to help him avoid the arrest/jail RP, which is a clear violation of General Rule 6.13 (Mercy Killing).
