Rejected Suspended for FL IN GZ

I was playing Clear Music through audio mixer while driving my car. I wanted a realistic immersion in a rp sceniaro. Anyway can my suspension can be appealed. My Mic has been silenced, i dont believe anyone reported me either.
He reported me FL in GZ.. I hadn't spoke any other language nor played music in any other language . Nor played music in GZ. I don't understand why I was muted and it's causing me a major inconvenience. The said admin is on a ban wave right now in the server as well. His admin name is James Corn
Please review his bodycam. And release my silenced mic, thank you.
