I was punished for ER 1.7 because I did not submit the required information in time. The reason this happened is that I genuinely did not see the requirement, and at that moment I was busy and unable to respond. There was no intention to ignore the administrator’s instructions or to avoid providing what was requested.


I am now able to submit everything correctly and follow the required procedure.
I kindly ask for my punishment to be reviewed and for the chance to resolve this situation properly.
