I wanted to go inside gov place, but the officer searched me without my consent.
This is clearly shown in the POV footage. At 1:56 in the video, you can see the officer searching me even though I did not give permission.
He then arrested me and handed me over to LSPD without proper justification. At 2:45, the officer uses inappropriate and offensive language. As an officer, he is not allowed to use such language, and this falls under GR 6.4.
Please review the footage and take the appropriate action regarding this misconduct.
