I am an FIB Agent and was patrolling around while I got them doing multiple rule break.
Timestamp: 0:17 | ID: 196937 came into the RP and failed in speaking English (FL in RP). Then at Timestamp: 0:29 | ID: 211358 said NPC (Mixing), At last ID: 183018 came into the RP and did FL (FL In RP) and then at Timestamp: 1:50 he give me UB Demands and RDM me and again did Mixing by saying "Go make an Forum".

This is an humble request to punish them ASAP! So they will remember next time before doing another rulebreak with LEOS
