I would like to request a re-evaluation of the ban applied to my account, which was triggered automatically due to the warning I received after multiple consecutive mutes.
When I wrote “prime chat npc” in chat, the system muted me 11 times in a very short period. This chain of mutes unintentionally activated the automatic warning system, which then resulted in my ban. I want to clarify that I had no intention of breaking any rules, and the situation escalated purely due to the automated system.
I have been an active player on Grand RP for a long time, always trying to follow the rules and contribute positively to the community. I genuinely enjoy playing on this server and spending time with my friends. The 7-day ban affects my progress and my interactions with my team. Considering that this incident was unintentional and system-driven, I kindly request that my case be reviewed once again.
I will be more careful in the future to prevent any similar issues.
