G.R 6.9 It is restricted to do any sexual actions in relation to any person
From what I'm aware, I was on shift as EMS, and I was doing the 'Middle finger emote', the ' Masturbating emote', and the 'bum scratch emote', Not once did I make and sexual comments or actions towards a person specifically in any way. I only walked arouund doing the emote in the lobby. I have spent over 40hours on the server just in the last 4days, mainly as EMS, and have always been chilling doing emotes, I'm aware if my actions have been taken the wrong way, and thought upon in such a way. I do sincerely apolgise for it coming across that way. I will ensure not to do any sexual emotes again. I understand the punishment is 3-7ban, I have asked Steve for evidence regarding the block. But am yet to get a reply, all I do ask considering this is my first offence is if you think the ban wasn't wrong, then maybe consider dropping it down to 3days.
Too add towards this, I do also have a clip off me using the 'masturbating emote' just standing there using it, then stopping and patching someone up. If that'd help this in any way let me know. I would also like to add, I was shortly asked after by a HR in EMS to stop doing emotes, so I did and refrained from doing any further emotes. It was just the unlikely case of wrong place, wrong timing, I suppose to be reported.

You can't appeal your warning or 7 days ban. You can appeal only permanent or long-term bans, '
But given the situation, I believe a exception should hopefully be made, I am just a working man in the city who hasn't got a issue with anyone. I'm a very friendly person infact, the reason I still pursue this is because there is still possibility for it to be lowered down atleast to 3days given the circumstances.
If not lowered to 3 days, then maybe completely removed. I'd appreciate if you could find the reporters POV, and see for yourself if you think I did or didn't make it sexual. But I wasn't even talking at the time during the emotes, most from my voicebox was just me giggling.
