2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- Its been a lot of time that i am in gangs. I have experienced every situation till now. I have helped several leaders in their terms both financially and in leading events.
- I have good leadership skills and I can lead events professionally. I can make sure that everyone want to join marabunta because of my leadership.
- I can make friends easily and I have alot of friends who will help me in my term. I have contacts with various fam leaders and famq leaders who will help me in bringing people.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- I will take interview of everyone and then I will invite him/her in gang and give rank accordingly to his knowledge and experience.
- I will conduct training sessions of my gang members if possible in every week and i will clear their doubts about events and rules.
- As I said that I will give rank to everyone according to their knowledge, it will remove favouritism. Everyone is promising zero favouritsm but few leaders complete their promise. I am man of my words and I will not do any favouritism and also my deputies will not.
