I don't know anyone involved in this situation but its clear that you were provoking him by repeatedly pushing him from where he was sitting, and even with your music playing, I can hear him say that if you don't stop he will kill you....those are demands. Just my opinion as I am not a wizard but I say this one gets rejected

he was provoking and he is in my family house you can clearly see he is purposely moving forward slowly so I can fall down of the wall also you can clearly hear me saying " IF YOU DONT STOP PUSHING ME I WILL KILL YOU ".

I can't say what you should title it but just from my perspective you should get punished for some sort of provoking as you cannot force someone into an RP situation.

If u didnt want to be in rp u shouldve either given proper demand or left doesnt give u the authority to kill without rp

Why should dude have to leave just because you are trying to force him into some RP? He was sitting and minding his own business and you kept pushing him off the wall.
