2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
- I have really great knowledge and experience of 2 years in crime side. The first organization that i joined was a gang. Thats why im gonna use that knowledge and experience in a gang and want to get experience as the leader of Ballas. I want to be a leader of Ballas if I got chance to get leadership i will set a good example of leadership, with my experience i will lead the gang and dominate in all events.
- Im aiming for the %100 turf and also to complete the term with %100 activity and making the city active , i have many people who are ready to help me in this term and also they will be responsible to manage the term if i am not active for some time. Deputies are the vital organ of the organisation and i chose the most active + experienced deputies who are good in roleplay and know how to handle situations quickly and effectively.
- Leading a gang always gives a pleasure, my friends have also lead gangs recently and i also would like to experience this feeling. Not only to experience but i want to dominate the ghetto and everyone will be afraid when they see in purple clothes roaming in the ghetto . Along with doing all the necessary events, its my wish to dominate the ghetto all day.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Proper use of /me and /try commands in different situations will be done to enhance RolePlay.
- I will use my past experiences to improve my organization. I will make sure that none of my HC or members are breaking rules. Any HC breaking rules will be kicked, demoted or even blacklisted from the organisation. As far as I know, having a great HC team can help you run the term smoothly without any punishments.
- Each gang member must have at least 10 years of experience in the city and will need to know the rules well.
- Rookies will not get higher ranks until they gain experience and more knowledge. (no favouritism)
- To be an effective leader, we need to maintain a strong communication, make fair decisions, and organizational skills. With these abilities we can motivate our gang members to achieve common goals.
- Participation of our gang in maximum events to enhance and enjoy RolePlay.

- Good graffiti bonus every hour
- Most dangerous gang / Terrorist org
- Finish the term with less warnings
- No toxicity in gang
