1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   1.1)I am playing grand from over 1.5 years and Take experience in all State, Crime and Private org. I have got a good knowledge about all server rules and knowledge about every org and events. Now I think I have completed everything and now want to step up in admin team to help others with my knowledge.
   1.2)it was an great journey of me in my RP life with some ups and downs and now I think its time to help the newbies so they understand everything about the city and can grow in the city.

   2.1)I am a fast learner so I can adapt new things very easily.
   2.2)I have a good communication skills.
   2.3)I listen to both sides before making the final decision.
   2.4)I have a good management skills, I can handle the work under pressure.
