I will punish him for non-rp behavior and trying to pause an RP situation as an RP character, but I will not punish for fearRP.
You all never told the player not so speak so RP wise he may feel that he can.
This area is grey, and you both are correct. ID 600 was wrong in the fact that you cannot revive him twice because you can. This player cannot be robbed twice, which makes it difficult to tell if this would considered robbing twice or finishing the first rob.
