I am writing to formally request a review of my recent IP ban, as I believe it is the result of a misunderstanding rather than any intentional wrongdoing on my part.
The ban notice states that the ban was issued on 18 November, yet I was actively playing on the server on 18 and 19 November without any issues. You may verify in the server logs that I logged in and played normally on both dates using the same account.
Regarding the VPN usage, I would like to clarify the circumstances respectfully. I am from India, and during that period, I was experiencing severe connection issues. I was unable to open or connect to any Grand RP server without using WARP VPN. At that time, an admin suggested that I try WARP VPN to resolve the issue, and I used it only for that purpose.
After 19 November, I took a break from playing. When I attempted to log in today, I was surprised and confused to see that my IP was flagged for “ban evading.” I am worried that my VPN usage during the connection problems may have caused the system to associate my IP with another user by mistake.
I want to clearly state that:
I am fully willing to undergo any PC checks, verification procedures, or steps the administration deems necessary. I genuinely value this community and only hope to return and continue playing fairly.
I sincerely request your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.
