So today a stranger was doing UB Driving and i call an admin for that, so malika answer me by there is no rp situation as far as i know and i ask also other admin there is a different between UB Driving and Non rp driving, however he still cannot abuse the vehicule in such places like mountains even if there is no situation, anyways at the end she told me i only saw him getting on the road maybe she wasn't sure about the decision and even i cannot report him as i didnt see his id i was in the heli thats why i called admin to handle the matter directly and easily.
