Hello. I had an issue earlier today about a mass cr. I created a case with a video but since audio had some buzzez during the record, I removed the audio. My complaint was rejected by Mego Mage with the following reason:

'POV doesn't have sound.'

I don't think the audio was really crucial for this spesific case since the person that I reported was ramming me for 3 minutes straight. Can you please check it?

POV must be reviewable. If not in reviewable quality or not sound, admin can reject the report.
