I am writing to file an appeal regarding the penalty I received for a clear violation of Rule 6.16. I fully acknowledge that my group was at fault for attempting a robbery with only three persons, which is explicitly against the rule's requirement of "at least 4 persons."

The Rule in Question (6.16) States:
"During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN"

My appeal is not against the finding of guilt, as we indeed violated the "4 persons" requirement. However, the rule clearly specifies that the penalty for this violation should be "Jail 120 min or WARN."

I was issued both penalties simultaneously:
  1. A Warning.
  2. A 180-minute Jail sentence (3 hours).
This combined punishment is excessive and directly contradicts the specific wording of the rule, which offers one of the two penalties, not both, and the maximum jail time specified is 120 minutes. I was sentenced to 180 minutes, which is 60 minutes longer than the rule stipulates.

My Character ID / In-Game Name: 513080 / Wuxior Ruthless
Date and Time of Incident (Approximate): 2025/12/13, 15:40 GMT (Not sure about the hour, but it's my first punishment.)
Duration of Imprisonment Received: 180 minutes (3 hours)
Penalty Received: WARN and 180-minute Jail

I respectfully request that an administrator reviews this case and acknowledges the over-application of the penalty. I ask for the following adjustments:
  1. Immediate removal of the WARN, as the jail time penalty was already served.
  2. A review of the excessive jail time (180 minutes vs. 120 minutes) and appropriate compensation for the extra 60 minutes I spent incarcerated beyond the stated maximum.
Thank you for your time and fair consideration of this appeal.
