Reason: Want to recover my account
Dear administration,
Sir, i got GR 1.4 from Lebron pluxury to my both 1st (main) account and 2nd (twink) account in EN 1. Firstly, I will explain the situtation then all things will be cleared i hope. So, before GR 1.4 i got anti-cheat #934 account blocked from Napal Fedorov on 9, January, 2025 to my 1st (main) account and got ip blocked on same date 9 january, 2025 to my 2nd (twink) account. Now i will explain how i got these things. So, that day on 9 January, 2025 i download EN 1 server and logged in my 1st (main) account after logged i got random character who wear newbie dress and hair was bald then that character goes underground continuously then after some seconds a interface came to my screen and there written anti-cheat #934 from Napal Fedorov but i literally did not understand how i got anti-cheat because this thing never happened to me before i think that day my internet have some issue so for that it happens but i am not sure but this is how i got anti-cheat #934 to my 1st account. Then that day i tried lot of solutions to fix the issue but did not work then i thought to open 2nd (twink) account so after that i opened 2nd account then when i logged in instant i got ip blocked i mean i did not even get chance to make character and all direct got ip block to my 2nd (twink) account. After that i did lot of technical forums and did couple of forums to curator of the project but unfortunately no results because i did not remember my accounts ID number. But after some months again i logged in my accounts and saw that in ban interface there my ID number showed i think this feature come after any update.
However i got my account ID number and become excited then i instant did forum again to curator of the project Lebron pluxury. But he answered in my forum that my ban will be change into GR 1.4 after saw that reply i want to do another forum regarding this but i become nervous that if i did another forum he give me GR 1.4 which i dont want for that after then i did not do any forum. But couple of days ago i logged in my accounts to do again forum and try to open my anti-cheat #934 ban but after logged in my both accounts i saw that in ban interface its changed into GR 1.4 ban from Lebron Pluxury on 3 september, 2025 from my anti-cheat #934 ban to my 1st (main) and 2nd (twink) accounts so thats how i got GR 1.4 ban.
So, then i checked what was the rule of GR 1.4 after that i saw this rule means if anyone have more than 2 account in one server then they got this punishment. But honestly speaking i dont have any 3rd account in this EN 1 server i have only 2 account (1 main and 1 twink) also i dont have any other social club account i have only one social club account which i used over 3 years and never changed the name also. If you check my accounts than you also agree that i told truth. Now i am specify my accounts:

In Game Name: Dont know (Reason: i did not got chance to make my character in server because i got ip blocked to my account instant after log in)

Now, respected administration its my humble request to you for help me to get my accounts back. As i did not do anything wrong with my accounts i got anti-cheat for some game issue and dont have more than 2 accounts in EN 1 server and dont have more than 1 social club account still i got GR 1.4 and on 9 january, 2025 my accounts got blocked and from that day to now its been almost 1 year and i carry this punishments from almost 1 year which mistakes i did not do. Thats why sir its a humble request please help me to get my accounts back. So sir, i am providing all the information about my accounts please have a look once and help me to get my accounts.
