2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 Its Been a good time i have spent on this project , I previously have served as a Under Deputy in Marabunta , And given interview for ballas leadership also , while holding that rank in marabunta i used to led events , managing people of org , maintaining the discipline , in my Perspective i think that enables me to run a gang as an leader , and i think it will be the best term over the time of families.
2.2 I have a plan structure to keep this gang the most active gang in the city and to be doing actives at day and night time. I want our gang to be respected by everyone even the LEOs , we will promote our gang by doing max activity in the city and calling LifeInvader in the Hostage Situation , 24/7 Store Robbery , Gun Store Robbery , etc.
2.3 I think got enough friend which will be joining my gang ( Families ) which will improve dominance which make our gang more attractive and better and also increase our number in 24/7 robbery , Gun Store Robbery , Hostage Situation , Fz raids , etcs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 We will be participating in every day, gang activities like hostage situation, 24/7 robbery , Etc.
3.2 me as a leader and my deputy will help all the members of my organisation during the events we will make sure they feel comfortable with the gang mission that we are going to do.
3.3 we will make sure that every capture is secured. We will keep full control whenever it is possible.
3.4 we will make a positive environment in our gang by avoiding any unnecessary fights or disrespecting higher-up and making a unnecessary drama will not be tolerated in our gang.
3.5 before we invite someone in the gang, we will make sure to take a short interview for him, so he doesn’t rule break from the gang side.
