2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
●) EMS in my opinion is one of the important Organizations and I want to it's staying that way. Currently Leader is very resourceful very dedicated and I wish one of this days I can be the same.
●) Why i want to be leader for me it's important cause i do love this Organization since i joined EMS i enjoying to help people out i tried sahp lsps and Bloods and still for me didn't felt right. I want to be Leader to help EMS to be on top where it Should be because without EMS Org there would be more problems for citizens no any help would be given to other orgs eather
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
●) This Term is being great good teamwork great team as how i could improve i can't cause why improve if it's been great hopefully I can do as much as Currently Leader does then term would be great.
My thing I would Change is after every training they would get verbal test about knowleage of training if they pass they would get roles for passing training and then only can make sure the freshers getting properly prepared for up coming challenges as EMS employees
My Exp in EMS is quite good 8 terms 4 Terms as high comand including Deputy 3 COS and I started from fresher no rank hoping just brutally Working for It!
