The prison's electricity was cut off, and when we went there to secure it, I saw an inmate escape and started chasing him. While pursuing him, a vehicle hit me, preventing me from catching him, and another vehicle, which I thought was a metagamin, hit me just as it was about to catch him, allowing him to escape.
