I was getting ready to go to a family event and needed to stop by the post office. This police officer locked my car's engine without warning. I don't understand since when they search civilians for speeding tickets. Because of this man, I couldn't help my family. That's why I wanted to file a complaint, but I don't know the exact name of the rule. Please correct me if I'm wrong. As far as I know, the police officers were supposed to send at least three warnings before locking my car's engine, but he only sent one warning and then locked my engine.
