To Mr. Bobby, a heartfelt greeting.
I hope this form isn't considered spam, but rather a follow-up to the previous rejection (Rejected - Ban For 1.9 | Kevin Balenciaga). I feel the bitterness of the injustice done to me by something not explicitly stated in the forum rules, which I read every day and know by heart. I hope you will be understanding, Mr. Bobby, as I trust in your fairness.
Penalty 1.9 states the following: It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evade TAX (e.g., selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) | Ban 60 days
My sales transactions were conducted according to the server rules written for me as a player, which I can review and avoid violating. However, I am unaware of any admin rules or restrictions on player-to-player trading for a specific period or method. Mr. Bobby, is it a crime to be ignorant of rules that aren't written down? You always ask us players to read and learn the rules to avoid mistakes. Everyone knows my reputation for trading and my integrity in my server transactions. I am someone who respects and understands the rules. How can I be punished for something I wasn't aware of or didn't know, which could cause me to lose over 600 million? Mr. Bobby, I trust your conscience and judgment. If the sale of house 466 caused this confusion, you can remove it and cancel the transaction.
Regards
