2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I've spent most of my time in RP in gangs it's honestly where I feel most at home. I really got into the leadership side of things during recent terms in vagos and Ballas, where eventually stepped up as Deputy. On top of my crime experience, I also served as a Lieutenant General in NG about a month ago. These roles gave me a solid understanding of how to manage a org and keep things organized. I’ve seen how both State and Crime work from the top to down, and I’m 100% ready to use that experience to run my own org .
I’ve been High Command and Deputy in a few different gangs, but I’m picking Vagos because I want to actually build something there. Let's be real, Vagos usually struggles with staying active or they just end up disbanding early. I want to change that narrative. I’m not looking for an easy win; I want to take a gang that people usually ignore and turn it into a terrorist org that people actually respect. I already have a solid team ready to go, and our goal is to keep the numbers high and the activity consistent from day one.
I’m the type of player who likes to hype the guys up and help them get better. Whether in gang or just doing family stuff, I’m always down to help people improve. As a leader, I’m not going to be someone who just yells or barks orders. I want to give the "newbies" a real chance to get involved in the big events and learn so they aren't just standing around. I want to build a gang where people feel confident to step up and show what they can do. If you’re down for the gang, I’ll give you the chance to climb the ranks and take on more responsibility.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I’m going to be very careful about who I pick as my Deputies. I want people who are mature and have been in gangs for a long time. They need to know how to stay calm and not get tilted when things get heated. My Deputies will have actual jobs to do, like watching how members perform, making sure recruitment interviews are done right, and keeping the guys active in the ghetto. This will keep the gang organized and stop people from arguing or getting confused.
The ghetto is the main spot for any gang, so I want it to be active 24/7. I’ll make sure my guys are always out there clapping, robbing, and taking over the highway. We want the area to feel dangerous so that other gangs and police know we are always around. Keeping the ghetto busy is the best way to show everyone that Vagos is back and to earn the respect of the server.
I’ve noticed a lot of people just want to shoot first without even talking, and that usually ruins the fun. I want to change that. I’m going to push my guys to actually RP more during robberies and hostage situations. I want them to learn how to talk, plan things out, and think before they pull the trigger. This makes the game better for everyone and makes Vagos look like a smart, dangerous gang that people are actually afraid of.
