On consideration Possible Cheats | 35604

I was in state control, and there was a player with the ID 35604. I strongly believe he was using cheats. My family members and I fired many shots at him using assault rifles and sniper rifles, but not a single bullet registered, and his vest did not take any damage. In my POV at 17:38 IC time, you can clearly see that he shot me from behind a wall, which should not be possible. I request to see his full POV, not just a short clip, but the complete recording from start to end. He was healing immediately, and it looked like bullets were not affecting him at all. Because of this, there is a strong possibility that he was using cheats or bots
