The admin rejected the forum stating that there was no rule break. However, as shown clearly in the POV, the player failed to show proper fear. I was continuously aiming at him and repeatedly ordering him to stop, yet instead of fearing for his life, he kept moving and saying “make me stop.” This is a clear violation of Fear RP.
Regardless of the situation, a player is required to show fear when threatened at gunpoint, especially when weapon is aimed and the player is already cuffed. I am unsure why this behavior was not considered a rule break during the review.
