Rejected GreenZone car robbery ID unkown

i was doing my collector job and as i was having my truck outside a bunch of kids kept jumping up on the car and after doing a couple bags someone stole it from the green zone. Im unable to get ID of that specific person since i was inside the bank when he stole it. but u can see the different kids IDS when i was there at the beginning
