The moment I uncuffed him to place his weapon inside, due to an issue on the upper floor we were unable to see him clearly (black magic). The officer had to cuff him without knowing he was armed, as he was continuously running and not showing any fear.
As soon as he was uncuffed, he combat logged, violating G.R. 6.2.
