2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):
2.1 Since I was born in this city at the age of 7, I joined my Emergency Medical Services and it was my first organisation. As a doctor, I always wanted to be Chief of EMS and I worked hard and become Chief of Department. I have made this far being in EMS it felt like a family to me and I love all the employees who were working with me to make EMS feel like family. I have been in a situation where EMS had shortage of employees at that time we tried to control this shortage by working day and night we did 12-12 hours of shift but we managed to conquer that and rise again
2.2 I've worked in emergency medical services for almost six terms in which I become the high command Jyotishman Term I have been under many chief namely Kaycee Shakespeare, Mikey Sonn, Jyotishman Legendz, Venom Shetty, Simen Crimson. and I have a much experience being in EMS I know all the rules followed under EMS and I wanna bring change and make EMS keep growing.
2.3 I will ensure that my whole HC team will do an outstanding job, well deserving workers who will dedicate their time and energy to help me. Also I will ensure that no one in the organisation is facing any favouritism. Will ensure that all employees to follow code of conduct and work ethics in order to maintain the smooth operation of the organisation.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 To improve the RolePlay level in Emergency Medical Servies I would focus on regular training with that I will ensure that trainer who is training does'nt feel hectic, Surgery Department will be also have training regarding how to process training and Rescue Opreation doing regular operations, consistent standards and better team cordination. detailed professional medical RP will keep our department realistic and engaging for everyone.
3.2 I will explain my employees about the Blood Donation Camps and Medical Checkups and tell them to Put more Roleplay and do efforts in RP And main thing we will try our best So We cannot Miss any situation where EMS is needed.
