Hey admins, I hope you’re all doing well. I just want to raise a concern regarding the decision made by the admin who punished me. From my point of view, as you can see in my POV, I was focused on the other car but when I turned around and looked at the Ballas member, at that time I believed that he had jumped out of the car and simply fell to the ground but I was wrong. I did not think he was dead yet, especially since there were around 15 to 20 people shooting at him at the same time. Based on what I saw and understood in that moment my actions were not intentional or meant to break any rules. And as u can see on my Pov, I even tried to shoot at the driver bc I thought their was a driver on the car and ID: 382435 was the passenger ... And when he hop out of the car I thought he still was not dead...
