Rejected bug abuse by snapy

Hello, i suddenly found today that i got banned for 30 days, with a reason of " bug abuse by snapy" at the time i dont use any weapon in the city and have nothing like that. absolutely there is a mistake with the ID that the admin wanted to punish.. it is impossible that i abused any rule, am someone who spends hours and hours in the city just workiing with myself, i have no enemies, no fights, no family members, no organization, etc.. kindly please recheck my situation, as am gonna lose my houses for nothing, am 100% sure that i have no abuse at all. thank you
