I want to Apply for the Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol!

I want this San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) term because I have a vision to make this organization something that San Andreas all people didn't seen that before in San Andreas, I want to bring more and more professionalism and respect to our family-like organization members and making sure our troopers acts more politely with San Andreascitizens, I know SAHP can do much better and I am here to make that happen and I will proof it in my term. Also I will try to make SAHP 24/7 by separeting the day and night shift employees to give insurance, License plate and Protecting the highway in San Andreas city !

It's like being part of GrandRP around 2 years and made down great knowledge and experience in that city also my first organization was SAHP. Like in that city I was Head Of Department in Highway Patrol (1x), Deputy Head of Department in Internal Affairs (2x) , Captain of IA and HRT (1x) in San Andreas Highway Patrol. If we talk about other organizations then Brigadier General of MP (1x) and Colonel of MP (2x) in National Gaurd, Deputy Director of IA and PR (1x) at Government and Captain of IA at Los Santos Patrol Department.With that much experience I have gathered in that state, I think I can handle and lead SAHP better then other terms. I have gathered so much knowledge in this time period by having different types of organization HC roles.

I have seen in many terms that there is no troopers to sell insurance and license plate in mid-night also in some cases in the morning which led citizens to pay more money to buy insurance and license plates for their vehicles. In my term there will be an department to ensure 24/7 at HQ with 2 units to sell license plates and insurances to citizens, which will save citizens time and money effectively.

The radio conversations will be done by radio codes, which will make radio conversations more polite and makes it more professional and contribute to improving SAHP organization radio conversations, which will led us to make Role Play at Org.

To join any department at SAHP there will be an requirement rank and also there will be an application to join the department no one can join the departments without applying it and exception will be shown at Department HC Postions by the department Chief or Heads. Everyone can't join all departments there will be main department (Only 1) as IA,TE,SWATs and HR to each of the SAHP members also sub-department (only 1) as HRT and TE same it goes to each member in SAHP this will be applicable until Head Of Department or Below. Like if there any main department work and sub department work then you need finish your main department work first then sub department work which will contribute on improving Role Play in SAHP.

In Human Resource & Training Department there will be an change in training to Trainee's and Probie's until phase 2 they will complete there training like before but after this you must need to train by HR's by each phase 2 and 3 also after that to complete there are task they need to pass an written exam which will be monitoring by the HR Team by that the troopers will have a great knowledge about there training and state rules.
Human Resource and Training (HRT):
HRT Department will be most advanced department in my term. They need to be active to train trainee's and probie's also hiring people in SAHP the citizens need to be pass SAHP application or getting HR and getting n tough interview by them which will reduce server rules breaking by the Legal orgs like Fear RP and Fail Rp.
Internal Affairs (IA):
Internal Affairs will be always monitoring every units or members at SAHP and there will be an another advantage to IA by having this department freedom there will be no interruption by the Deputies and Leader which will make IA more effective to everyone.
Traffic Enforcement (TE):
By the my term there will be extra bonus for selling insurance and selling license plate and the department will be more active to clean highway and farms alsosawmills.
Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT):
This department will be more active for any bad or worser situation to ensure San Andreascitizens life which will effective to every situations. The department members will be more specialized to any weapon by giving there regular trainings to ensure there skills regularly, and the rank will be set by the state knowledge and masteries of weapons.
Public Relation (PR):
This department will be active to maintain a relationship between the organization and the citizen by giving prizes for doing something like car race then 100m sprint competition, etc.
