Rejected Hacking Accounts

I was banned 8 months ago due to hacking accounts.What do I need to do for a fresh start, or is there any chance my current account can be unbanned? You can reset all the money on the account; there are no valuable items anyway. I just want to log in and spend time with my friends normally. I played this game for 3 years, then took a 1.5-year break. Now I want to come back and enjoy the game with my friends again. If I made any mistakes, I am truly sorry. You can wipe the money and valuable items I only ask for the ban to be lifted.I want to make a clean fresh start from scratch. I can buy GTA again on a new Steam account if I won’t get banned, or you can wipe this account and reopen it if that’s possible. Thank you in advance.

Note: The reason I was banned for hacking was not because I hacked accounts, but because I logged into my friends’ accounts. It happened during a group gathering where I accessed my friends’ accounts. There was no account hacking involved at all.
