Dear Support Team,
I am writing regarding the ban that was placed on my account approximately eight months ago. According to the notice, it was related to hacking or unauthorized activity. However, I would like to clarify that I am honestly not aware of how this happened or what exactly caused the ban.
I played the game actively for around three years and then took a long break of about one and a half years. When I recently tried to return to the game to play with friends again, I discovered that my account was banned. Since I had not been actively playing during that period, I am unsure whether my account may have been compromised or misused without my knowledge.
Additionally, I would like to clarify that this is a different account from the one on which I previously received a GR 1.6 ban. I have never broken any rules on this account, which is why I am confused about the connection. I simply attempted to log in after a long time and found that the account was banned for “security reasons.”
The response stating “Rejected. Your ban will be changed to GR 1.6 by Mazhor” is unclear to me. There was no GR 1.6 violation on this account, so I do not understand why it is being converted to that category. As far as I am aware, having two accounts is allowed, and any issue on one account should not automatically affect the other—especially when no rules were violated on this one.
Could you please clarify what this decision means, why this account is being treated as a GR 1.6 case, and how it is connected to the other account? I would greatly appreciate a clear explanation so I can better understand the situation.
